The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods or exchange it for a similar one within 14 days if:
- commodity unused
- its presentation is preserved
- saved packing
- seals, labels are not damaged
- a sales receipt is available
Terms of refund to the buyer
The refund is made within 5 working days after the return of the goods to the warehouse of the online store. Refunds for goods are made in cash, by transfer to a bank card or by postal order. All operating costs for refunds are paid by the buyer.
